Hi there! I’m Katiuscia Baggio, founder of the “Improvise and Succeed” academy. I’ve been an ICF Professional Certified Coach and leadership development trainer since 2007. I love personal development and I help companies and individuals develop the ability to face unknown and ambiguous situations, both in personal and professional life. These are precious skills to have in this Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) world, where everything changes rapidly and we need to have the ability to creatively adapt and provide the best versions of ourselves.
I really believe in the power of self-discovery. As a coach, I follow the ICF core values, and I truly honor the fact that every human being can find their own way and their own answers in life. As a trainer, my methodology is based on strongly integrating facilitation and coaching. I live in Italy and work internationally. To learn more about me and my qualifications please click here.

prepare to be unprepared
“What does this mean? Why should I prepare myself to be unprepared?” I’m pretty sure you might have such questions in mind right now. It makes sense to be prepared! We should be prepared to the best of our abilities! Absolutely. Preparation in life and business is key. It’s also a sign of integrity and reliability. On the other hand, you also might agree on the fact that being prepared is not always possible in this world full of rapid and often chaotic changes. Being able to manage uncertainty and ambiguity is a big deal.
Most of the challenges we face in our everyday lives are often related to the ability to manage situations that are not well defined or clear. The ability to think on your feet, be flexible, and build a rapport with others quickly are key. These are also the skills required in “change management” theme. Ambiguity and uncertainty can be obstacles in reaching your goals unless you know how to deal with them.
I’ve studied improvisation at the Second City Training School in Chicago years ago and after that the way I dealt with challenging situations in my life was not the same. I realized how many commonalities there are between leadership development, personal growth, coaching and the improv world.
Improvisation really helped me manage some personal challenges I had been facing. I was so grateful to life for giving me the opportunity to enter the coaching and improv worlds, that I felt the need to also share this gift with others. For this reason, I developed a training methodology where basic improvisational rules are integrated with coaching and personal development. In 2020 I also published a book, “Improvise and Succeed”, based on this. Click here to visit my academy.
“The coaching journey with Katiuscia (in collaboration with 'TheMakings') was fantastic, all the sessions with her gave me the opportunity to improve myself step by step by simply finding the answers within myself. She is very professional and put me at ease right from the start. Super!!!”.
